- Client end-customer data: if you are a Kendry client, our service processes calls, texts, and messages from your customers on your behalf. This may include their names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, and the contents of their communications.
- Website data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, train, and improve the AI receptionist service
- To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support
- To book appointments and relay messages on behalf of our clients
- To send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications
- To detect fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations
3. Call Recording
Calls to and from Kendry-powered phone numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and service delivery. Florida is an all-party consent state for recorded communications. 4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the service, including telephony carriers, AI and speech-processing providers, CRM and scheduling platforms, and hosting providers. These providers are bound by contract to protect your information.
- Our clients, where you contacted a business that uses Kendry. In that case, the business is the controller of that data and its own privacy policy applies.
- Legal authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Data Retention
We retain call recordings, transcripts, and message data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for quality, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Clients may request a shorter retention period in writing. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
7. SMS and Marketing
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us related to your inquiry or account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Kendry AI website and services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Kendry AI provides an AI-powered receptionist that answers calls, texts, and messages, answers questions, captures leads, and books appointments on behalf of client businesses. Setup includes configuration, training on your business information, and ongoing maintenance as described in your service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information, pricing, hours, and policies for the AI to use
- Reviewing and approving your AI configuration before it goes live
- Ensuring that any required notices and consents are given to your customers, including notice of AI interaction and call recording where required by law in your jurisdiction
- Complying with all laws that apply to your business communications, including telemarketing, call recording, and consumer protection laws
- Maintaining your own accounts with any third-party platforms required to deliver the service
3. Fees and Billing
Fees are as stated in your service agreement or invoice. Setup fees are billed at the start of the engagement. Recurring fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly agreed in writing. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
4. Term and Cancellation
Unless your agreement states otherwise, service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Either party may cancel with written notice before the next billing date. On cancellation, we will deactivate your AI and, on request, provide a reasonable export of your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, to violate any person's privacy rights, or to impersonate another business. We may suspend service immediately for violations.
6. AI Limitations and No Guarantee
The service uses artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes, misunderstand callers, or produce inaccurate responses. The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, a particular number of leads or bookings, or that the AI will handle every situation correctly. You are responsible for reviewing captured leads and messages.
7. Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party providers including telephony carriers, AI model providers, and scheduling platforms. Outages, changes, or failures by those providers are outside our control, and we are not liable for them.
8. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the Kendry platform, prompts, configurations, workflows, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your business content and your customer data. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kendry AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kendry AI harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your business content, or your failure to provide required notices or consents to your customers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida.

AI & Call Recording Disclosure
We believe people should know when they are talking to an AI. This page explains how Kendry works, what gets recorded, and what your rights are.
1. You May Be Speaking With an AI
Kendry is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a human. When you call, text, or message a business that uses Kendry, an AI may answer and handle your request. Kendry identifies itself as a virtual or AI assistant. If you would rather speak with a person, say so and Kendry will take a message or transfer you where that option is available.
2. Call Recording and Transcription
Calls handled by Kendry may be recorded and transcribed so the business can review what was discussed, follow up accurately, and improve service quality.
Florida is an all-party consent state. Under Florida law, all parties to a private communication must consent before it is recorded. Where recording takes place, notice is given at the beginning of the call. By continuing the call after that notice, you consent to being recorded. If you do not consent, you may end the call and contact the business by another method.
3. What We Do With Recordings
- Deliver messages, appointment requests, and lead details to the business you called
- Review quality and correct mistakes in how the AI responds
- Train and improve the AI's accuracy for that business
- Resolve disputes and meet legal or regulatory obligations
Recordings are not sold. Access is limited to authorized personnel and the business you contacted.
4. Text Messages
If you text a Kendry-powered number or provide your number, you may receive automated replies and follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
5. Accuracy
AI systems can misunderstand or make mistakes. Information provided by Kendry, including pricing, availability, and appointment times, should be confirmed with the business directly. Kendry does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
6. Your Choices
- Ask to speak with a human, or ask to have a person call you back
- Decline recording by ending the call and contacting the business another way
- Request access to, or deletion of, a recording or transcript involving you
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
7. Requests and Questions
To request a recording, ask for deletion, or raise a concern, contact us at [email protected] or (352) 632-9700. If your request relates to a specific business, we may need to coordinate with that business as the owner of the data.
